Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-116/23.
La accionante pidió aclarar la providencia de la referencia y para el efecto reprochó que la Corporación no hubiese abordado la presunta vulneración a sus derechos fundamentales con ocasión del cierre del hogar de paso a su cargo.
Consideró la Sala que la anterior pretensión, no solo constituye más una solicitud de adición del fallo, sino que no superó el presupuesto de carga argumentativa mínima para su estudio y solo denotó la inconformidad de la peticionaria con la forma en que se delimitó el problema jurídico y resolvió el mismo.
Por resultar manifiestamente improcedente la aclaración invocada, se RECHAZA la misma.
